The 2005 La Dame de Montrose is a gorgeous second wine. Dark ruby/purple, with sweet black cherry and blackcurrant fruit, soft tannins, and a round, generous, medium to full-bodied mouthfeel, it is an excellent, soft wine to drink over the next 15 or so years. (Robert M. Parker, Jr.)
