POTENSAC 2011 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 208.00 HK $ 208.00 208.0 HKD

TRONQUOY LALANDE 2011 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 238.00 HK $ 238.00 238.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
A cru bourgeois under the same ownership as Chateau Montrose, and sharing the same administrator, Herve Berland, Tronquoy Lalande made sensational wines in 2009 and 2010 that represented great value. The 2011 possesses a dense ruby/plum color, a richer, more textured mouthfeel than many of its peers, medium body, silky tannin, and fleshy black currant and black cherry fruit. It is an excellent effort as well as a potential sleeper of the vintage. Consume it now or cellar it for ten years. (Robert M. Parker, Jr.)
POUJEAUX 2012 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 238.00 HK $ 238.00 238.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
Now under the administration of new owner Philippe Cuvelier (owner of Clos Fourtet), Poujeaux has dramatically improved the quality. The 2012, a blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc, is a very good Moulis. With a dense ruby/purple color, nice cassis fruit, medium-bodied texture, soft tannins and a fleshy, nicely textured mouthfeel, it should drink well for 10-12 years. (Robert M. Parker, Jr.)
LE BARON DE BRANE 2013 (From Bordeaux)

LA TOUR CARNET 2016 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 238.00 HK $ 238.00 238.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2016 la Tour Carnet has an earthy nose with tobacco and underbrush over a core of warm plums, kirsch and tea. The medium-bodied palate is refreshing, elegant, juicy and soft with a savory finish. (Lisa Perrotti-Brown)
LA TOUR CARNET 2015 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 238.00 HK $ 238.00 238.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
The 2015 la Tour Carnet is medium garnet-purple in color and has an earthy nose with red and black fruits and floral notions. The medium-bodied palate has plenty of energy with a great core of pure red and black fruits plus approachable tannins and nice freshness on the finish. (Lisa Perrotti-Brown)
POUJEAUX 2014 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 248.00 HK $ 248.00 248.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
The 2014 Poujeaux has a slight mulchy scent on the nose that detracted from the clarity and complexity of the aromatics. The palate is quite structured with rather dry tannins, moderate weight but attenuating towards the pinched finish. This showed better in barrel and so hopefully it will improve in bottle. It just seems a bit "lost" at the moment. Tasted twice with consistent notes. (Neal Martin)
LALANDE BORIE 2011 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 248.00 HK $ 248.00 248.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
Made in an attractive, broad, round style, this dark ruby-colored 2011 offers a fragrant perfume of red and black fruits and spice, medium body, and a silky finish. This medium-bodied wine should be consumed over the next 5-6 years. (Robert M. Parker, Jr.)
LA DAME DE MONTROSE 2013 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 248.00 HK $ 248.00 248.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
The 2013 La Dame de Montrose has a light, fleshy strawberry and Morello-scented nose thanks to the high percentage of Merlot (69%). The palate is nicely balanced, perhaps "skinny" in the context of other vintages, but the acidity imparts decent tension and there is a dash of spice on the aftertaste that livens things up. Don't expect too much and you'll be able to enjoy this over the next 5 or 6 years. (Neal Martin)
LA DAME DE MONTROSE 2011 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 288.00 HK $ 288.00 288.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
One of this appellation’s finest second wines, the 2011 La Dame de Montrose offers attractive black cherry and black currant fruit, soft tannins, medium body and a silky personality. While it lacks concentration, it makes up for it with its charm and forward appeal. Drink it over the next 7-8 years. (Robert M. Parker, Jr.)
LALANDE BORIE 2014 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 298.00 HK $ 298.00 298.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
The 2014 Lalande-Borie is one of those wines you want to give a gentle kick up the backside. There is nothing intrinsically wrong with this Saint Julien, but it seems to be coasting, not putting in the effort to please you or I. It offers light leafy, brambly red berry fruit on the nose, nicely defined but missing a little intensity. Likewise the palate is balanced and quite elegant, yet I was seeking more body and greater sense of energy on the finish. As such, I would be drinking this over the next seven or eight years, no longer. (Neal Martin)
POTENSAC 1999 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 298.00 HK $ 298.00 298.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
The 1999 Potensac is an elegant, angular, austere effort, which offers aromas of earth, underbrush, and black currants. This medium-bodied, tannic Medoc is best drunk over the next 6-8 years. (Robert M. Parker, Jr.)
LES ORMES DE PEZ 2011 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 298.00 HK $ 298.00 298.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
Owned by the well-known Cazes family of Lynch-Bages, this popular St.-Estephe has turned out a dark ruby/plum-colored 2011 with sweet cassis and black cherry fruit. A slightly short finish is present, but the wine has a good front end-loaded combination of fruit, extract and succulence. It’s medium-bodied and tails off in the mouth, but it is well-made. Drink now-2019. (Robert M. Parker, Jr.)
POUJEAUX 2016 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 318.00 HK $ 318.00 318.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
Medium garnet-purple colored, the 2016 Poujeaux is scented of fried herbs, tar and earth with baked plums and a waft of rocks. The palate is medium-bodied, firm, chewy and herbal. (Lisa Perrotti-Brown)
POUJEAUX 2015 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 318.00 HK $ 318.00 318.0 HKD

The 2015 Poujeax is medium to deep garnet-purple in color with some spices on the nose over a core of red cherries and black plums plus a hint of charcoal. It's medium-bodied and uncomplicated in the mouth with a decent fruit core and chewy tannins. (Lisa Perrotti-Brown)
LACOSTE BORIE 2011 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 328.00 HK $ 328.00 328.0 HKD
FERRIERE 2016 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 328.00 HK $ 328.00 328.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
The 2016 Ferriere is an accomplished Margaux for the vintage. It has a feminine, refined bouquet with blackberry, wild strawberry and light rose petal aromas, just a hint of vanilla from the new oak that is neatly integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe, quite juicy tannin. This is very harmonious with fine tannin, impressive depth and a sense of mineralité that is in tune with this vintage. I thought that the 2015 Ferriere was excellent, but this is another step up. Bravo, Clare Villars Lurton! (Neal Martin)
FLEUR CARDINALE 2014 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 338.00 HK $ 338.00 338.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
The 2014 Fleur Cardinale is located in Saint-Etienne-de-Lisse, the vines populating the lieu-dit of Thibaud. it has a powerful, rich and decadent bouquet bestowed with licorice and boysenberry jam. The palate is medium-bodied with muscular tannin, good depth, fine acidity with a structured and quite spicy finish that replicates the showing from barrel. Enjoy this over the next 8-10 years. (Neal Martin)
LES GRIFFONS DE PICHON BARON 2014 (From Bordeaux)
HK $ 338.00 HK $ 338.00 338.0 HKD
Tasting Notes :
The Les Griffons de Pichon Baron 2014 comes from terroir that is close to the Grand Vin in style, composed of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot that is aged in 60% new oak. It has a pretty "bud" of a nose: violets and cassis infused with cedar, nicely defined and actually quite sensual. The palate is medium-bodied with very fine tannin and purity. This is clearly superior to their alternative second wine, Les Tourelles. This is well worth seeking out as it should represent good value. (Neal Martin)
