In these terms and conditions, the “Company” will mean Chateau Bordeaux Limited, and the “Customer” will mean any person, firm, company, or body that places an order with the Company. By using this site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
[I] General
- It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they are 18 years old or above. The Customer must ensure that no person shall use their login to purchase alcohol products and that a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery. Otherwise, delivery will be withdrawn and attempted again at a later time.
- The Company will make every effort to ensure that prices, details, and sizes of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and all orders are subject to the Company’s acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.
- All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability. The Company reserves the right to reject an order if products or services are unavailable. If we are unable to fulfill any products or services, we will notify you by phone or email before the requested delivery date.
Registration
- You should register before placing any orders through the website. During registration:
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You must safeguard your username and password.
- You authorize us to assume that any person using the site with your credentials is authorized to act on your behalf.
- The Company has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer or terminate the registration of any customer for any reason.
- You must inform us of any changes to your provided information to communicate effectively.
Breakage
The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies or damages. Claims must be lodged with our customer service hotline (+852 2305 0300) at the time of delivery. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your claim.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to acts of God, accidents, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or other causes beyond its control.

What is the refund policy ?
- The receiver must check the condition of goods (including glassware and accessories) at the time of delivery.
- Refunds are only available with a valid receipt and for wine priced below HK$750 per bottle or less than 10 years old.
- Refunds will be credited to the Customer’s bank account within four weeks of confirmation.
- Returns will not be accepted after acknowledgment of receipt. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery by calling the customer service hotline.
- We accept payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery only.
- All product prices are in HK dollars.
- Your offer to purchase is subject to our discretion and stock availability. A receipt will be provided after delivery.
- The Company reserves the right to limit sales or decline sales to customers.
- The Company reserves the right to change payment terms without prior notice.
- Free delivery is offered for purchases of HK$2,500 or more (single location only). Orders below HK$2,500 are charged HK$160 per location.
- Delivery is available Monday to Saturday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Orders on Sundays or public holidays are delivered the next working day.
- Delivery service is restricted to Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories commercial and residential addresses. Delivery is unavailable for outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel rooms, ports, or marinas.
- Delivery is only available to addresses on the 4th floor or above if lift service is available. Arrangements will be made for lift breakdowns or adverse weather conditions (e.g., typhoon signal No. 8).
- Additional delivery charges may apply if the recipient is unavailable at the delivery time.
- The customer must notify the Company of any change in delivery address
- Storage fees may be charged if:
- Wine is undeliverable within two weeks of purchase due to a customer’s failure to notify the Company of a change in address.
- A customer refuses to accept delivery.
- If wine remains undelivered for one year, the Company may dispose of it without liability
